Dear customers as many of you already know if you saw our live video on facebook on Saturday 21st March I made the decision to temporarily close the salon. In my mind this is the only way to keep my staff and my customers safe if we are to adhere to the social distancing that the government say we all should be following. No amount of disinfecting spray or wipes was going to achieve that.
I know that a many customers have vouchers that maybe due to expire over the next few weeks – please don’t worry we will be extending them.
Also If you have any of our Advent offers that are due to expire then these will become a monetary voucher – e.g if you purchased the stocking filler offer this will now become a £17 voucher which you can redeem once were back open.
If you are on a course of treatment with us or have monthly treatments to maintain you results again don’t worry I will be busy putting a plan together to get you back on track with these
I will be giving regular updates on social media and via email so look out for these. The girls and are are even going to be doing some tutorials and self care selfies to keep everyone’s spirits up
And on a final note I would like to thank you for your ongoing support, it really has been overwhelming the best wishes and offers of help the girls and I have received
